Oracle EPM Account Executive - United States

Dual responsibility as an Account Executive and EPM Team Lead/Solution specialist with key responsibilities including:

Account Executive

  • Selling Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions including Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) to existing AVATA/Oracle Customers and Prospects.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities working alongside your Oracle Sales Partners.
  • Tracking activity, opportunity progress and sales forecast daily using AVATA’s CRM system
  • Managing the sales process for Oracle EPM opportunities, including qualifying lead, determining solution fit, assisting with account strategy, leading discovery discussions, perform or facilitate product demonstrations together with AVATA pre-sales team, negotiate and close the Oracle EPM sales transactions.
  • Assist Marketing and Sales teams with recruiting attendees for prospecting events and webinars.
  • Being accountable to your Prospects, Customers, Sales Partners and team members for your performance.


EPM Team Lead/ or Solution Specialist (Title TBD)

  • Oversee the internal AVATA EPM organization and develop a personnel strategy for the US and India
  • Provide advisory services to current Oracle EPM customers.
  • Perform SME or PM roles on strategic projects and implementations.
  • Manage delivery of client services across multiple accounts
  • Implement and develop EPM best practices and standard methodologies
  • Help project managers ensure deliverable are tracked and delivered to the project schedule
  • Lead business process evaluations, requirements-gathering, system analysis and design activities Engage multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout of business solutions
  • Be a thought leader and mentor  tothe EPM  team and be able to provide recommendations and the AVATA executive team
  • Drive and support presales activities including – Discovery, Road mapping, estimations, proposal building
  • Build relationship and network with the subject matter experts in the Oracle EPM ecosystem



The ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience:

  • 3 or more years of experience selling and demonstrating technology solutions, applications software, web hosted products, or other financial, business, CRM or ERP solutions. Oracle E/PBCS, Hyperion and/or Essbase experience is preferred.
  • Accounting or Finance knowledge, education or background.
  • A strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, ecommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
  • Candidates must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.

Oracle Cloud Technical / Integration Consultant

AVATA is actively seeking a dynamic and driven Oracle Cloud Integration Consultant who thrives in an active and growing environment. Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Builds Leads, and execute the sales strategy for AVATA.  Drive sales in designated territory / Oracle Sales Reps to ensure the company is successful in meeting established sales goals.
  • Pursue new and existing clients, develop, and implement account plan activities.
  • Work with Marketing to build and execute marketing ideas, strategies, and campaigns to help drive sales.

AVATA India - Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant


  • Work on US / UK / Europe based Oracle Cloud EPM projects
  • Work on New implementation, Upgrade, Support and Managed Services projects
  • Perform user requirements analysis; facilitate business process design sessions, identify gaps, issues and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team
  • Facilitation of as-is and to-be business process discussions with customer subject matter experts
  • Preparation of required project documentation: – requirement document, functional specifications, test cases etc.
  • Hand-holding business users as part of UAT and Go-Live
  • Ability to understand and translate a client’s business, informational and process needs into solid Hyperion EPM solutions
  • Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users
  • Serve as the application subject matter expert and thought leader throughout the implementation life-cycle
