This new team player drives sales in designated territories to ensure the company is successful in meeting established sales goals. The AVATA Sales Director will pursue new and existing clients, develop, and implement account plan activities. They will work closely with the Regional Oracle Management and Sales teams to generate marketing campaigns and pursue new opportunities. They will work closely with AVATA Marketing to build and execute marketing ideas, strategies, and campaigns to help drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITES:

  • Penetrate into new accounts / develop the regions through lead generation, cold calling, etc.
  • Establish a strong relationship with the regional Oracle ERP/SCM/EPM Sales Representatives to drive sales opportunities
  • Work with AVATA marketing and Oracle Regional Sales Leaders to identify new business opportunities
  • Work with the AVATA Engagement Managers to expand our relationships with current AVATA customers, maintain constant communication with our Customer’s Executive Sponsors and identify opportunities to generate to business
  • Participate in appropriate User Groups and Conferences with the intention to build the AVATA brand awareness and generate to business opportunities
  • During sales cycles participate in the development of proposals, sales presentations and work with the Delivery team on developing Statements of Work.
  • Remain knowledgeable of AVATA’s products to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Maintain Sales information in the CRM and prepare territory plans and sales reports as required in excel and salesforce
  • Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and /or services provided.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience):

  • Good grasp of Oracle’s product line in the areas of ERP (Cloud and/or JDE), SCM and EPM.

AVATA India - Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITES:

  • Work on US / UK / Europe based Oracle Cloud EPM projects
  • Work on New implementation, Upgrade, Support and Managed Services projects
  • Perform user requirements analysis; facilitate business process design sessions, identify gaps, issues and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team
  • Facilitation of as-is and to-be business process discussions with customer subject matter experts
  • Preparation of required project documentation: – requirement document, functional specifications, test cases etc.
  • Hand-holding business users as part of UAT and Go-Live
  • Ability to understand and translate a client’s business, informational and process needs into solid Hyperion EPM solutions
